 SUMMARY:

 We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer with a great design aesthetic and a keen eye for detail.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§  Oversee design of marketing collateral including, print materials and digital assets (social, email, advertising).

§  Work directly with key brand stakeholders to ensure on-brand messaging in customer facing campaigns and assets.

§  Design in a range of styles as appropriate for different brands

§  Be involved in key creative and design processes and decisions

§  Stay on top of current design and industry trends and translate to various brands

§  Assist and help guide photo retouching/editing processes.

§  Assist with print production processes as needed

§  Maintain graphic design files and folders

§  Other tasks as assigned

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

§  A portfolio that shows a strong sense of design and branding aesthetic

§  High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

§  Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills

§  Ability to manage simultaneous projects at once

§  Able to work quickly to meet deadlines

§  Highly productive and efficient with excellent time management skills

§  Positive attitude, self-starter and strong problem-solving skills

Sales Operations Manager

SUMMARY

Manhattan Beachwear is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Operations Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Experience.  This is a highly interactive “linchpin” role, integrating the efforts of Sales, Customer Service, Production and Finance to deliver product to customers and profitability to shareholders.

In this role, you will serve as the cross-functional “quarterback”, responsible for supporting $200M business.  You will add value by bridging the gap between month and quarter financial goals, Sales bookings, and the supply chain.  You will own the answer to the question “how are we doing this month?”  Your detailed analysis will proactively identify potential service gaps and provide actionable opportunities to meet business financial targets.  You will “quarterback” the weekly and daily business huddles.

 Your job is to minimize surprises, protect the order book, and enable the team to be successful.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Be the source for “the call”, updated daily, for monthly and quarterly financial projections.

·       Chair “Read and React” (“huddle”) meetings, bringing together Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Distribution and Supply Chain.

·       Drive accountability, keeping track and helping others meet their commitments

·       Own and publish scoreboards, clearly communicating state of the business.

·       Mine data, create reports to identify business gaps, challenges and possible solutions/actionable to achieve sales targets.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

·       Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Apparel Forecast Planning using inventory levels, production speed and customer ship windows

·       Must understand Supply Chain flow from Production to Customer Shipment

·       Minimum of 5-years’ experience in apparel wholesale customer service.

·       Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills

·       Flexible with change and able to shift gears quickly. Willing to be flexible.

·       Excellent time management skills.

·       Have integrity and responsibility.

·       Have strong work ethic and self-motivation with a service-oriented, linchpin, mindset.

·       Able to adapt to varying communication styles and to work in a highly international and intercultural environment.

·       Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Traffic Clerk

Job Title:                      Traffic Clerk

Location:                      Buena Park, CA

SUMMARY

Will be responsible for routing, shipping and tracking of assigned customer order base. Contacts transporters for freight pick-up and ensures that cargo is routed appropriately. Prepares and verifies relative documents like bills of lading.  Will work closely with Sr. Traffic Clerk to coordinate order priority and timing of scheduling customer pick up.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of routing and traffic experience   

WMS experience preferred                             

Must have hands on experience with trucking dispatchers and routing in various Retailer's TMS portals
